Rescue Dogs from Double Dog Rescue!

 We have a couple of dogs from Double Dog Rescue staying with us until they find their forever, loving homes or until a foster home opens up. Ceecee is a 5 year old Boxer cross. She is very sweet and calm. Roxane is a 9 year old Rottweiler. She is also very sweet and loving and very small for her breed. We have a couple of dogs from Double Dog Rescue staying with us until they can find forever, loving homes.  The puppy in the upper left is Sammie and he is about 4 months old. He is actually being fostered now in Plainville. He is probably a lab/chessie cross and very playful!  Dutch is in the upper right corner. He is a Newfie/Golden cross and about 2 years old.  He is very loving and thinks he's a 50 lb. lap dog.  Buddy is probably a Boston Terrier/Boxer cross. He is in the bottom left. He is very sweet and has tons of energy. He is also about 2 years old.  And Mikey is in the bottom right. He is a lhasa/terrier cross. Best Friends in Avon is committed to helping local rescue groups find forever, loving homes for unwanted, neglected and abandoned animals. We do this in a number of ways. One of the things we do is board a couple of their dogs for them when they are in need of foster homes. Right now we have 2 rescue dogs from Double Dog Rescue staying with us. Aldwin is a handsome 6 year old chocolate Labrador Retriever. And Lila is a beautiful, energetic 2 year old black Labrador cross.
