Angel Tree

Our Angel Tree already has quite a few donations under it.  We collect toys, treats, food and other items all season long and then donate the items to 3 different rescue groups in the area.  The groups benefiting this year are Double Dog Rescue, Hot Water Rescue and Our Companions.  If you are interested in donating items to the Angel Tree, just stop down anytime during our business hours and lets all help give some homeless pets a fun holiday.  And, of course, all of the pets on the tree are looking for loving, forever homes.

The bitter irony is that it's during times of economic strain when the services of animal shelters are most needed, and they are in such need of funding; pets are so often the silent victims of economic strain, abandoned when people have to make budget cuts or even relocate. Kudos to Best Friends for supporting such a good cause, now and always.
